How to handle your stress???


Stress is part of having pressure. People getting stress only when they could not concentrate well or having lots of work to settle in short time, it happens to all level of people and one of them are the student. They are under a lot of stress because they spend most of the time studying. However, there are several ways to cope stress.

First thing, we should learn to manage our time by preparing schedule. It is important, so that a student will have plenty of their time to do other works. If there is no schedule prepare, students will have a problem to finish assignments or homework and they might not have time for study. As a student, to avoid stress we should take positive thinking that we can do it. Write in a piece of paper about your goal and try to fulfill it. Apart from that, we should do regular exercises. For instance, after studying for hours you should take time to rest like take a walk outside the house for a while. Then, try to do some light exercise to move part of your body so that you do not feel body aching.

Another way, try to express your problem and feelings that messing your mind to your closest member in the family or a friend you can trust. This might reduce the level of stress you have. In other word, make sure you get enough sleep, this will make your body feel fresh and energetic when you wake up from bed in the morning. Try to develop a good study skill by writing some simple note which you could bring it anywhere you want and it is easy to memorize without having to read on a thick book. Besides, you can ask a help from other friends to help you study without getting stress such work in a group to discuss work given by teacher.

In addition, you should make a checklist, for things you are not satisfied, like weaknesses you have and could not prevent from doing things in a wrong way. After you have listed, seek help from professional people like advisor, who able to give you advice on how to improve weaknesses you have. You should get some useful advise for you to handle your stress from becoming worsen. Not just that, do not take a short way to handle your stress by taking medicine to calm yourself. Avoid taking medication again and again to release your tension. This is because, taking medication without prescription from doctor will jeopardiza your health state later bring bad affect to your body. 

In conclusion, stress can be reduce if we know how to handle it. Moreover, we should take the right ways to handle our stress so that we will be more calm. One more thing, do not let your stress control you but you the one who control it in a wise way...

A simple heart to be share with love and care..



I was touched when I look at adorable little puppies picture.. They look happy and always cheer in their life and they do not even know what a problem is..In whatever situation a dog still there to entertain their master.. I could not stand why there are some people out there tend to abuse this tiny adorable creature.They deserve to live a good and comfortable life..stop abusing these adorable creature..be a pet lover instead of abuser..peace..=)

What say you??

My Teacher : Do you think you could give up all the comfort of life to pursue a dream?? Why? Why not??

I replied....
Me              : Yes, because in order for me to pursue my dream I need to work hard and there is no easy way to get what I want in my life, if I am not struggling or work an effort to achieve it. In fact, it feels better when I have achieved for what I have been dreaming of all this life. I will be satisfied, although I am giving all the comfort of life I still can get a better life in future which something I could guarantee.

My Teacher: What you want to be then??
Me              : I want to be ..........

My Teacher : Then prove it, don't just say...
Me              : I'll try my best..

My Teacher : Wish you luck, in whatever you do..always pray and have faith, most importantly don't be despair if something bad happen. Try and try until you get what you want..

Me              : Thanks teacher, I will..

Ambition

When I was a kid, I have never dream of something that would extremely put me in a level of excitement. What I could see is, everyone is holding a big dream and for that reason they put much effort in order to achieve it. No one seems to throw up their dream (excluding those who have no commitment on their dream). When you hold on your dream, you tends to work hard in different kind of ways only to achieve what you want. However, in order to achieve it you need to have the aim, believe you can grab it, courage to face any obstacles, and do it until you achieve it. Anyway, last word but not the end of my attachment words : break your leg =Wish me & you all the best in whatever kind of dream you want to achieve in future =)

Attack by flu,fever, and cough....=(

Hello everyone, this week are such a terrible week for me, I could not pay much intention in class..all the flu,fever, and cough slowing down my active energy. Here's what I want to share,today my class ends at 4.00PM.I am really uncomfortable because throughout the day I had to stay focus in class,although I am having these extremely uncomfortable feeling to study with the air-conditioner in blast plus the sickness I have..WelI, have to stop here..will update and wish me well soon.. =)

What a tiring day....


    
Today, I have came across with lots of people..and to my surprise there's a lot of strangers out there. Anyway it isn't about that things I would like to talk about...hmm... here's what happened today, i'm on my way back to get home by bus..I was devastated because i have to wait for hours and hours only to take bus to get home. Well its to far to walk through all the day using your feet.So I better wait otherwise I would not make myself to be at home. Its 4 o'clock in the evening, I got the bus and i'm counting the time as if i would not be late to get home.I felt relieved when I managed to get home at 6.30Pm with the last bus almost catches the night fall..I could see the sun starting to melt away and disappear from my sight as if they have completed their task by giving such a bright day to all of us today.
  
Its been such a busy week for me, as i'm getting used with my formal life which is to study and wake up early in the morning..Well everybody does that, especially those kids and teenagers (I mean study part) the rest maybe get busy with their work (those office boy and girl never away with plenty of work given by their bosses). Today I also get my exam result, which is extremely heart throbbing to know.I'm quite excited, and satisfied with my result at least I prove that I could do it.Nothing is impossible, if you really want something you just have to believe that you already have it but first you should put some effort on it..Now that I have learn something not to underestimate yourself that you can't do something that others can,but you can do more than others can..This statement does not mean to make disparagement of others.But you,yourself can do it too..=)=)
